I am preparing a fundraiser dinner for 250. We are serving baked potatos. If I get a 3#container of sour cream and repackage in 2 ounce cups, would I get about 24 servings? or have I totally got that messed up? And have you actually done the cooler method yourself of preparing the potatos? Thanks very much! |

2 ounce cups are 4 tablespoons or 1/4 cup. You figured this correctly. Yes. The cooler method works fine if you are precise about preheating the coolers and and leave closed long enough and all the other points as discussed in the article. |
