My MOPS group will be hosting a fundraiser and we are planning to make chicken fajitas with spanish rice and beans. We will be using boneless chicken breast and need to know how many pounds we'll need for 250 people. Also how much rice and beans. Thank you |

All this information, including recipes, is already available on the site and in the threads. Use them to prepare an estimate, post it, and I will check it for you. Use the Baked potato bar/ taco bar page to figure condiments for 100. |
