We are serving 200 people. The menu is mostaciolli, Caesar salad, corn, garlic bread and tea. Could you help us with the recipe amounts for this menu? Thank you.

Gretchen, you will be able to figure this easily yourself. See the spaghetti/lotsa pasta page for the recipe for sausage mozarella bake for 120; this is a mostaciolli recipe. You would make 1 3/4 the recipe for buffet service for 200.

The salad and corn are covered on the plan for 100 tables, you would use double for 200.

The tea is covered on the beverage planning page. Lots of folks like coffee with wedding cake- see the dinner coffee list and make about 2 times the list.

If you are not confident of the amounts, post your estimates and I will check them. Don't forget the Parmesan cheese on the tables-
