I am planning a dinner for 100 people and I will be serving bbq chicken, rice, beans and potato salad. I have searched the site for everything but I was unable to find how much rice I would need to serve 100. Please help?

Since you have other starch dishes you just need 100 servings- but this does freeze well if done. Two electric roasters can be used for prepping it or you can bake it is the oven.
