My daughter is a having a garden wedding. We are fixing assorted meats,cheeses and salads for 100 people. Where do I sstart with amounts? |

At the top of the main cook talk page, first press the button for "wedding dinner" and read that article. Then use any of these pages: sandwich event for sliced meats, cheeses and condiments; appetizer planning for the pre-meal snack during the photos, clothes changing, etc; plan for 100 for salads, casseroles, veggies, etc; beverage planning for beverages; dessert bar for dessert buffet.
