Italian food for 100-weddign reception

I would like to start with saying your website is a wealth of great info!!! I will be catering my step-dtr' wedding in Oct. We have decided we want an Italian menu and different flavors of cheesecake as the wedding cake. I will have a restaurant style kitchen do cook in with chafing dishes to keep food warm. I would like to serve appetizers with two choices for the main meal (not sure if it will be serve yourself or have servers dishing out), salad and bread with dipping oil. Also need a suggestion for what drink or punch to serve with the cheesecake. thanks so much for the help. :)

Coffee, of course, essential with cheese cake; then probably a champagne punch or if you want non-alcoholic, a light citrusy, lemony punch.

If you have experience, this is not too large a wedding for home catering, but do read my wedding dinner article right away.
