Basically, just about impossible. If you mix a very small amount of moistened soft bread crumb into the meat (about 1/4 cup per pound) it helps. Beyond that, cover tightly in foil and hold in preheated 200 degree ovens. Make packages the size you will take out to serve- don't keep opening a package to take some out. |
