Ellen, Thanks again for the unchuck roast recipe. I finally made it on Saturday night. It certainly gave my kitche aid a workout! The unchuck roast is very tasty and has a richer texture than the regular seitan I am used to making. I am hoping it freezes well because the recipe sure does make a lot! Thanks again, Jennifer |

It freezes well- you can thin slice it before freezing or after it has just begun to freeze, and get real deli style/ stirfry style results that also thaw quickly. Glad you like it. |
