Do you know how many chicken's we will need to make chicken & waffles for 100 people? I would really appreciate it if somebody could tell me. We are doing this for our Father?Son banquet. Thanks |

chicken & waffles If you buy pieces, you need about 65 pounds for 100 people. If you buy quarters, you need about 83 pounds- they have more bone and skin. |
