I have an 18 qt Roaster and would like to do a 5 pound beef brisket (NOT corned beef, fresh) in it. How long should I cook it and do I still do the liquid to almost cover as I do in the oven? THANKS! |

Treat it exactly as if it were in a roaster pan in the oven and use the same time and temp. Brisket is such a good roasting /simmering piece! |
