Hi I saw the amounts of meat for breakfast buffets. I am just wondering if I am serving scrambled eggs,bacon and breakfat sausage homefries and assorted breads. How much of each meat should I use. (bacon thin sliced and sausage) Thanks Ruth |

Unfortunately, when you serve bacon and sausage, people tend to take BOTH. Use 2/3 the amount of each, compared to what you would use for 100 with only one. Yes, that makes 1 1/3 what you would use with only one, but that's about what it takes! |
