You need 2/3 the amount for 100. There is a whole article on planning and shopping for large turkey dinners in the holiday cooking section at the top of Big Pots. With 60 people, you also have the right number for 1 recipe of my "better green bean casserole" which is in the same section and is great with this meal. |
