I am in charge of appetizers for a silent auction that my child's elementary school is having. Last year, there was WAY too much food. Most people ate dinner before and some after. The event is 7:30-9P. I have ordered 2 platters of hummus and pita and then was thinking of maybe 2 veges/dips and a cheese/cracker tray. Does this sound like enough? There is no way to keep the food hot so I have to keep it simple. Thanks! |

Sorry, duh! Should be about 100 adults. And it actually goes until 9:30. |

OK, even planning for 1/2 what I would normally allow for 100, that doesn't sound like enough. If you check the appetzer planning page and use 1/2 the amount for 100, it will give you very light snakcks for the group. |
