lasagna for 50

03/20/08 		hi - i am volunteering as a cook at a women's shelter and need to figure out how much/how many boxes of lasagna noodles to buy and cook for baked lasagna for 50 people. also i need advice on the quantity of other ingredients like cottage and mozzarella cheese and hamburger etc. i think i have the sauce part figured but any and all advice is welcome of course.
