I need help planning, I am doing my own reception, I plan on having only finger foods small sandwiches (purchased), what I need help with is how much veggies, carrots, celery, broccoli, cauliflower and radishes for a veggie tray and how much fruit for a fruit tray with melons, pineapple, strawberries, grapes, also small hotdogs and meatballs.Thanks |

Ann, there are massively extensive lists and guidelines on the fruit tray page and the veggie tray page for those two items. Meat balls and cocktail sausages are on the appetizer planning page. If you post an estimate, I will go over it for you. |
