Barbequed Tri-Tip

03/09/08 		I want to serve tri-tip sandwiches for a crowd of about 50-60 people....some are children. Do you have an idea of how much tri-tip to figure per person? I want to slice the meat very thin. I'll also be serving beans, chips, and dessert.

03/10/08 		This is very popular food, so figure as if all are adults. You need at least 23 pounds raw. and 30 would not be too much.
