Debating "catering" my daughters evening reception for about 60. Without a lot of assistance in sight I am looking for some shortcuts. What do you think of purchasing veggie trays, lunch meat/cheese trays and purchasing some other assorted trays (chicken fingers) for the wedding? Do you have any guides for this? |

Yes, the size of trays needed for various numbers of people are discussed on the various pages. I want you to think of adding some delicious something- like a hot artichoke dip- really good fresh bread and real butter for the cold cuts. There is a condiment guide on the sandwich event page.
