I am planning a wedding reception for May 31,2008. I'll be serving ham and turkey sandwiches with cheese, macaroni salad, cole slaw, vegetable tray, fruit salad, chips and cheeseballs to 75 people. How many 1lb. or 8oz. cheeseballs will I need. I couldn't find any quantities when I looked on the big pots page. Thanks, Shirley |

Cheese balls are figured the same as any cheese, so if you would get 10 pounds of cheese, you would get 10 pounds of cheese balls or logs, or some combination to make the weight. You will also want crackers- 6 pounds for 100. so about 4 1/2 to 5 pounds. |
