Hi there, we are having 200 guests at our wedding and we are serving tri tip (grilled), fresh veggies, rolls, fruit trays and a baked potato bar with all of the fixings. How much tri tip would you grill up for this occassion? (we also have about 20 lbs of smoked steelhead.) Thanks so much! |

Basically, they will eat the trout as hors d'oeuvres. Tritip is discussed at some length on several threads, both amounts and cooking; if these don't answer, please write back more specific questions. |
