After looking at your Plan for 100 and doing some figuring it looks like we need 10 - 3lb. bags for salad for 200 people. That just doesn't seem like it will be enough. Will it? Thank you! |

Salad I recommend 12-14 pounds per 100 for a side salad size- this is NOT a large salad, just the dish such as the 99 cent size at Wendy's. If you want a big luncheon salad, allow 8 ounces of mixed greens per person. |
