For a lunchtime graduation reception I will be serving bbq brisket sandwiches with tuna salad as a non meat alternative. which sides go best with these...cole slaw vs tossed salad, potato salad vs pasta salad? thanks |

Depends on the age of the graduates. Cole slaw for younger, tossed for older; consider both potato and pasta, pasta is easier to prepare and store. Tuna, being fish, will not be a vegetarian alternative, you can add egg salad, pimento cheese, or even peanut butter and honey or jam and bananas. |
