Dear Ellen, I tried to make tofu at home. The soya milk taste is good but I don't know how to remove the strong soya smell. Is there a way to remove the odor? Thanks a lot and best regards! tony |

Yes, Tony, this is discussed at length in my tofu and soymilk article. The strong taste comes from both the type of beans and the way you make the milk, and by changing either you can prevent it. Once it occurs, though, no getting rid of it... |
