I am planning a luncheon bridal shower. There will be 50 guests (about 10 will be teenagers). I am planning a pasta chicken salad, spinich salad w/fruit and feta cheese, relish tray and rolls. There will also be cake, coffee and punch. How much food should I prepare? Thank you |

Cindi, since I posted my own lists and quantity guides in 2004, I no longer do initial estimates. This sounds like a nice menu. You can use my recipes and guides to make an estimate, then post it, and I will be glad to check it for you. For example, there are salad sections for 100 at the plan for 100 page, and a quantity guide for a relish tray on the veggie tray page. It is a BIG relish tray; as it says in the notes, with the other salads you could serve 100 with those amounts, so you would only need about 1/2. There is also a dessert planning page and a beverage planning page to help. |
