I have been to a few Japanese stir fry or Stat houses. All of them have a ginger sauce for salads, and a white sauce for the cooked food. Any idea how to make these? |

The Ginger dressing recipe is available online as a Benihana dressing clone recipe. I don't know about the white sauce, if salty and creamy, it is probably based on either sesame butter or white miso. |
