Hello, my question today is not about quantity but about food safety. I am going on a canoe trip this weekend and will be feeding 9 people. I was doing eggs for breakfast each morning. I thought that cracking the eggs into a container for storage in a cooler (which be cooled by both dry and regular ice)would be my best option. My question is, Will they last for three days that way?? Any help would be greatly appreciated.. Thanks Jon |

NO. For three days, safe to leave freshly bought eggs in shell and pack in cooler. NOT safe to crack and leave in cooler. You can pack them in dry cereal flakes and have padding and breakfast... |
