If you look on the plan for 100 page under meats, you will see that this varies a lot depending on what type you are serving; for example, quarters, pieces, or boneless, skinless breasts. You want 2/5 of the amount for 100; for easy math and if you don't mind some leftovers, you can just use a bit less than 1/2 of whatever type you pick. If you can't figure it, write back and tell me what kind of pieces you are using. |
