I recently got a Kenmore ceramic cook top stove. I love the look, having no problem with cleaning, but my big problem is when it heats up, the edge of the stove, near the oven door becomes so hot I burned my hand by leaning on it to reach for something. It also gets this hot with the oven. The oven also overheats the the storage drawer down below. Has anyone else had these types of problems with a stove? I had an elderly electric stove and had no problems like this at all. |

This doesn't sound right. Sears has good appliance repair. While you have the warranty, get it looked at. |

We did, and I think we are getting a new stove, however I don't want a Kenmore again. Thank You. |
