my daughters birthday party

my little girl is having her three years old bithday at a park. my wife invited the city. about 50 adults and 20 children, how many or how much hamburgers patties and hot dogs should I buy, were having some potato salad with fruits thanks so much!

O, boy, the usual coping mechanism for success is about 1 guest per year of age, so you may have a very frazzled kiddo at the end of that day.
For the adults, allow 1 1/4 pound patty PLUS 1 hot dog (I use polish sausage, most people like tehm better). Add 10 patties and 10 dogs for the 20 kids and you should have plenty, the grown up amounts create your cushion. The kids mostly like chips better- so 2 gallons of potato salad and 2-3 pounds of chips. There is a handy table on the sandwich event page for condiments, lettuce, pickles, etc.
