Patty, the infomation you need on quantities is alread on the plan for 100 page, you just uyse 2 times the amount for 100. The article on self catering your wedding or event will help with your planning, and the article in holiday cooking on planning for and shopping for large holiday dinners should also help. When you have prepared your tentaive list and menu, post it and I will check it for you. Remember that meat is the most expensive item and consider having a rice dish, a great bean dish such as my maple butter beans and a green vegetable - having 3 sides lowers the cost of the meat and makes the plate look great. There is also a dessert planning page- a good fruit cobbler would be an excellent and inexpensive choice with this menu. |
