Ceramic/Glass Cooktops - which tea kettle?

I received a KitchenAid 2-qt black porcelain covered tea kettle (item #50563)and the directions indicate not suitable for use on ceramic/glass cooktops. I have a KitchenAid
ceramic/glass cooktop. Who puts out a quality Black colored tea kettle (2-qt or larger) that is suitable for use on a ceramic/glass cooktop?

All the ceramic tops say, don't use enameled porcelain on them. I don't know what to suggest- maybe a nice cordless capresso kettle?

The only thing I've found that claims to work is made by Chantal, 37-18s. What do you think?

Oh yes if you have a recent inheritance, that should be just great! But I was serious about the electric kettle; less expensive, less energy, and heats MUCH faster- once you start using it (especially that lovely glass and stainless model), you likely won't go back.

Salads for evening meal (3-4)
We have an evening meal on Wednesday at our church. It is my turn on May 7th. I would like to do salads. I feel I should have one with meat or somekind of protein. Do you have any suggestions?

Thank you.

Mac salad with chopped ham? Tuna or chicken/turkey salad? Add a marinated 3 or 4 bean salad. Taco salad. There are recipes for all these on the web site.
