Ellen, You are such a wonderful source of information. You helped my once before and I am reaching out once again. We are having a fondue party for 15 adults. We plan on having Cheese fondue for appetizers. Beef fondue for dinner and chocolate fondue for dessert. How much cheese, meat, bread and fruit will I need per person? |

Per person, about 1/4 to 1/3 pound cheese, 1/3 to 1/2 pound lean beef, and for the chocolate and dippers use the chocolate fountain page to estimate the amounts. I would get 1/2 baguette bread per person, you will have some left, but people will eat it with both the cheese and beef. |
