Chicken and Noodles

Our school is hosting a Chicken and Noodle Dinner for 500 people. What do I need to make the dinner and at what quantity. We will also serving mashed potatoes and green beans.

Hi,

Do you have a recipe you want to use, or not? You basically need about 12 dry pounds of noodles and 40 pounds of raw boneless chicken meat for each 100 servings. Really good chicken gravy is important, and you want either "better than Bouillon" dry base, found at most groceries, or if you can get it, the top of the line chicken base from a restaurant supply grocer (they come in three grades, you want the best). You need 35 pounds of potatoes per 100 to make mashed and 5 #10 cans of veggies. Or see the bottom of the plan for 100 page for fresh veggie amounts.

I would add a second green veggie or a fruit salad to the menu.
