I am planning on making peanut butter bars for my coworkers. I wanted to make them tonight (Monday) but I am giving them out on Wednesday. Will they still taste fresh and soft? I do not want to freeze them, I feel this makes it lose flavor. |

This is a great choice to hold for two days as the peanut butter helps keep them moist. Let them cool completely, as on a rack, then wrap tightly, and they should be fine. Merry Christmas. |
