Cooking whole salmon in 18 qt. roaster

12/15/07 		Froze whole salmon, cleaned. Friend wanted it for medieval dinner to cook whole. Anyone cook one in an 18 qt. roaster before and have recipe? Thank you so much!

12/15/07 		First, check that it will actually fit.

Then thaw in refrigerator.

Then use any baked salmon recipe for the oven- it will work fine in the roaster. Stuff with a bread crumb stuffing with dill, onion, etc.
