I am in charge of food for Cub Scouts banquet feeding 125 people. The theme is Chinese and and I have no clue. Kids are so picky yet we want it to have a chinese feel to it. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks for any help you can give me. Tammie |

Most kids like fried rice as long as it doesn't have too much "stuff" in it. They also like fried shrimps and most like egg rolls. The plain beef with broccoli or green beans, roasted pork or spare ribs, chicken almond ding (which is very mild) are some possibilities. Wonton or egg drop soup, not hot and sour. Almond cookies and sherbet or ice cream. |
