How long do I need to cook a 10 3/4 lb ham at 250 to 300 degrees? |

The standard method is, place ham in roasting pan with water lining the bottom of the pan and cover pan tightly with a lid or aluminum foil. Bake at 325 degrees F for 18 minutes per pound to an internal temperature of 148 degrees F. At 300, I would allow 20 minutes per pound. |
