I am having an anniversary celebration in January and am on a VERY tight budget after the holidays. Please recommend what the most price friendly meat dish would be. We are serving about 100 people and are having green beans, mostcolli, and tossed salad as sides. I looked in to fried chicken and they recommended 2 pieces of mixed chicken pieces per person but thtat would run about $150 just for that. |

25-40 pounds of ground meat would make enough for 100. What about -meatballs? Especially if you use part ground turkey, very cheap. You can make ahead and freeze, thaw in fridge 48 hours for thgis many, add your prefered sauce. |
