Hi, I need to know how many gallons of sliced pickles I would need for 600 BBQ plates. Also, how many gallons of whole jalapenos? How many pounds of onions and how many gallons of BBQ sauce I would need. Thanks |

Sliced pickles and jalapeonos 1 gallon each per 100 unless the crowd are pepper-eating fools. For onions, see te condiment table on the bbq and brisket page. Sauce, about 1/4 cup per person, making your own is WAY cheaper. |
