I am wondering, Ellen, what cooking surface you prefer. I do not have access to gas in my kitchen, so what would YOU recommend? |

If you have gas in the house, pipe it to the kitchen. If you have to use electric, there are closed element ranges that are a bit easier to cook well with than the standard open coil. I like gas. Period. for the stove and electric or gas convection for the oven. |
