If this is the only appetizer, or served ahead of the table service with the dip you will need 4 per person. If it all goes out at the same time, 2-3 depending on size. Most professional caterers would serve a minimum of 6 different appetizers with this size crowd. If everyone is coming in at the same time and staying the whole time, you will need a total of about 1 1/2 pounds of food per person. |
