How long will unbaked pie crust dough keep in the refrigerator. I made my dough up a head of time to make apple pies for Thanksgiving. My father bought a bunch of pies so I do not need to make mine right now. How long will it keep in the frig? They are still in balls, not rolled in pans yet. Can I freeze it like that? |

Roll out and freeze flat, it will keep 3 months. |
