Thanksgiving for 250

Help! I am new to this. My menu includes Boneless turkey, stuffing, smashed potato, and squash soup. I am also making 5 different vegies. They are: Candied yams, broccoli in cheeze sauce, creamed pearl onions, sweet baby carrots, and whole kernal corn. How much is enough of each vegetable???????

Rich, you have left this very late! On the shopping and planning for large holiday meals, there is advice about multiple veggies, and the exacts for fresh veggies are on the plan for 100 page; but for the sake of your diners, I am bending my rule about having you look it up first:

Assuming 250 people, #10 cans where cans are specified:

Candied yams, 10 cans
broccoli in cheeze sauce, 250 pounds chopped frozen broccoli
creamed pearl onions, 1 bag frozen pearl per 8 people
sweet baby carrots, very few will be eaten comparartively, 25 pounds fresh or frozen
whole kernel corn, 10 cans

EEK!!! You caught the typo on the broccoli? It should be 50 pounds, NOT 250 pounds.
