I would like to make a meatloaf and freeze it for a few days, can I do this without cooking it first. |

Yes. It will cook better if you take it out of the freezer and put it in the refrigerator 24 hours before cooking. Also, omit garlic, it does not take well to freezing. |

325 is good- time depends on size- if you have a meat thermometer, with the tip plumb in the middle of the loaf you want 160-165. I always allow at least an hour and a half for a large loaf. |
