My daughter is allergic to wheat, rice,corn,soy & eggs. She can eat Oats though so I am wondering if anyone has a recipe for Oat Bread that doesn't use wheat or rice wheat or eggs? I have tried several recipes substituting oat flour for regular flour and using egg subs too and it isn't working out for me. Any ideas? THANKS |

Run do not walk to the nearest library and borrow their copy of Bette Hagmans, The Gluten Free Gourmet Bakes. Afetr you try a few of the recipes, you will buy your own copy. |

HA! Wow, thanks! I just checked out the library and 3 out of the 4 books by that author are lost....bummer! I will give it a shot and just get a copy. Thanks for the quick response. |

Be sure to check EBay and the remainder stores- you can often get a good buy. I am not surprised her books have "wandered", they are great. |
