I am hosting a wedding rehearsal dinner for approximately 80 people which be very casual and country. I am serving BBQ Beef (chopped), cole slaw & baked beans. How much of each will I need to buy. I will be buying the BBQ and making the baked beans and slaw. HELP I dont want to run out. Thank you. |

Is it sandwiches? 8 ounces ready to eat per person would make two big sandwiches or one big plated serving. You need about 3 gallons of beans and 2 gallons of slaw. |
