Hello Ellen, We are having a baptism party and we will have lasagna, bread & salad with italian dressing. We will also have some hot roast beef sandwiches incase people want meat. My question is what salads do you suggest go well with Roast beef? |

Ceasar is very traditional and delicious, but I like chilled baby artichokes or antipasto vegetables (artichoke hearts, olives, etc), mixed and marinated, very well. Sliced tomatoes with fresh basil and fresh mozzarella sliced, would also be lovely with this menu. Cherry tomatoes, cucumbers and gold pepper rings would also be a colorful choice, with fresh dill and a rice wine vinegrette. |
