Hi, all you cooks out there. I am considering buying a grill pan, probably a Calphalon Contemporary Non-Stick square pan. I have an outdoor grill, but with winter coming, I think I would use a grill pan for grilled veggies, fish, pannini sandwiches, and probably chicken. Do you have a grill pan, do you use it, and how do you like it? I really hate cleaning a broiler pan. Thanks for your thoughts. |
