Okay, I am serving beignets with cajun coffee in the morning. My question is, can beignets be cooked (fried) and held in the oven at a low temp., for 5 - 15 minutes (no longer than 15 min) prior to selling? I want them to be fresh, but I don't want to run out ASAP. |

Yes, no longer than 15 mnutes. Place on and under good paper towels. Resugar just before serving. |
