Ellen, I am ordering mashed potatoes from the Walmart deli for a wedding reception this Saturday 10/13. Will 80 lbs of mashed potatoes be enough to serve 250-300 people? Also how much gravy will I need? Thanks! |

You posted twice. I would do 100 pounds for 300 people. 1.4 to 1/3 cup gravy per person, depending on whether just for the potatoes or also for the meat. |
