I need to make Hummus for 50 ladies, how much should I make. We will have 3 other pick up appitizers plus desserts |

Use the hummus recipe in the clear light section- 3/4 to one recipe. To serve, spread on a plate, make little dips with the back of a spoon, sprinkle with a little sumac (sweet paprika and lemon juice if you don't have sumac) and drizzle with the good olive oil. Pita pieces or pita chips to dip, also good as a vegetable dip. |
